Anne, New Bothwell, Grunthal, Niverville. If you’re outside this area, please contact us and we’ll let you know if we can reach you.

2. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment? No — our team brings all the necessary supplies and equipment. If you prefer that we use your products (for example, if you have a preferred brand or allergy concerns), just let us know.

3. Are your cleaners insured and vetted? Yes. Every SolBeat team member is background-checked, trained, and insured for your peace of mind.

6. How long does a cleaning take? It depends on the size of your space and the type of service. A standard home cleaning usually takes 2–3 hours. Deep cleans and commercial jobs may take longer.

7. Do I need to be home during the cleaning? No — you don’t have to be home. Many of our clients provide secure entry instructions, and we’ll make sure your property is locked up once the job is done.

8. What happens if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning? Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy with any part of our service, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back to fix it at no extra charge.

10. How do I pay for your services? We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and e-transfers. Payment is due after the service is completed unless you are on a recurring plan.
